All payments are final and non-refundable.

Once the project is completed and final payment is confirmed, full rights to the store design and assets are transferred to you (excluding any licensed tools, apps, or templates that we do not own).
We reserve the right to showcase your project as part of our portfolio or case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
We are not responsible for any losses, including but not limited to financial, technical, or operational issues arising from the use of the store after delivery.
If your store requires third-party apps or paid tools, you are responsible for those costs. We will recommend tools but are not liable for changes, pricing, or policies made by third-party providers.
