Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our Done-For-You High-Converting Shopify Store Setup service involves custom strategy, design, and development work that begins immediately after onboarding, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • This is a custom, service-based, digital delivery, built specifically for your business.

  • Our team invests time, resources, and premium tools as soon as you join.

  • Therefore, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once your order is placed.

  • If you fail to provide required assets or delay responses, the project timeline may be extended — this will not qualify for a refund.

Satisfaction Commitment

While we do not provide refunds, our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final result. We offer reasonable revisions as outlined in your onboarding agreement to ensure your store meets your expectations.

 

Payment Disputes

Attempting to file unauthorized disputes or chargebacks after work has started is considered breach of agreement. We reserve the right to present proof of work and enforce the agreement legally if necessary.
